TheClarity - Return and Refund Policy

Returns: We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchases at TheClarity. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Return Process : To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@theclarity.com. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions to return the items.

Refunds : Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method in the following days.

Return Costs : The shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense, except in case of error on our part or defective products.

Defective or Damaged Products : if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@theclarity.com.
